Brief

With a strategic focus on refreshing their financial services products we were tasked with cleaning up their financial payment cards portfolio.

This included the Everyday Banking, Travel and Gift Cards that are available for purchase in every Australia Post outlet Australia wide.

Approach

Responding to external research, we created a product family that capitalises on Australia Post's reputation as a trusted brand, which also aligned with the broader business strategy to unify its financial services offerings.

The Everyday and Travel cards having similar product features, so it was also important to help customers understand why they should choose one product over another. We developed a unified look across the product suite, then defined each product through colour and pattern to enable the customers to visual differentiate.

Result

The new product suite was rollout to every Australia Post outlet across the country.

The new design resulted in 30% increase in sales of the Everyday card.

More work with Australia Post
